SHIPPING & RETURNS
PROCESSING
All orders are processed and shipped in 7-14 business days. Processing times may increase to 14-21 business days during peak season between August and December. During summer months we will ship all orders Monday-Wednesday due to the heat. We want your candles to arrive in the best shape possible.
Please double check your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are unable to make changes after the order has been placed.

US SHIPPING
After you order, please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be processed, wrapped and shipped. Jolis Reine Candle Co. ships via USPS, FedEx or UPS. All orders include shipping and under normal circumstances will take 14-21 business days from date of placed order.
Please note that it may take longer to ship orders during peak holiday seasons, such as Mother's Day or Christmas, or immediately after a popular promotion.
You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created.
Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
NATIONAL HOLIDAYS
We do not ship packages on the following U.S. national holidays:

• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
• New Year’s Day
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our business with Joils Reine Candle Co. all sales are final. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we want to help you! If an item(s) are damaged during shipping, please send us your order number, pictures of the box the products were delivered in, and the actual damaged items to us at Jolisreinecandle.co@gmail.com. We will reach out to you within 1-2 business days to resolve the issue.
