Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once you place an order you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Q: How much is shipping and how quickly will I receive my order?
A: All orders over $50 will automatically receive free shipping in the cart. We offer a flat rate shipping of $4.99 for all orders below $49.99.
All orders are usually received within 3-5 Business days after an order is placed.
Q: Can I combine multiple orders or add additional items to my order once it has been placed?
A: We currently are unable send orders to multiple addresses. Please place a separate order to send to a different address.

Q: What are some candle care tips for my new candle purchase?
A: When you light your candle for the first time, allow the candle to create a significant pool of wax. Usually burning you candle for an hour will do.
Warning! To prevent fire or serious injury.
Never leave candle burning unattended. Keep out of reach of children, pets, and flammable materials.
Trim wick to 1/4" prior to lighting. Burn no longer than 4 hours at a time. Container will be hot when candle is lit. Allow to cool before relighting. Burn on heat resistant surfaces.
